Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of studio operations including opening/closing protocols, staff scheduling, inventory, and supplies.

- Handle landlord communications and serve as the escalation point for any property-related concerns on-site.
- Recruit, onboard, and train front desk and studio personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence from the outset.
- Implement SotoMethod's brand standards consistently to deliver a superior member experience at every interaction.
- Operate autonomously as the Dallas studio's on-site leader, making critical decisions, supporting the team, and serving as a recognized figure in the member community.
- Provide a hospitality-oriented, premium service to create and nurture meaningful member relationships.
- Drive growth in membership, renewals, and retail sales by offering exceptional service and strong brand understanding.
- Lead and execute local marketing initiatives such as partnerships, promotional events, and community activations to enhance brand visibility.
- Seek and develop partnerships with local businesses, brands, and influencers to deepen community connections.
- Be accountable for key performance indicators including revenue, attendance, retention, labor cost, and expenses, monitoring them to identify risks and opportunities.
- Assist with budget oversight, vendor coordination, invoicing, and expense management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, goal setting, and rolling out new operational measures.
- Lead studio projects like class launches, facility upgrades, and team strategies ensuring timely and on-brand completion.
Qualifications
- Between 3 and 6+ years of experience in studio management, hospitality, or high-end retail operations, preferably with direct accountability for P&L or KPIs.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, cultivating culture, and consistently delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in autonomous work and operating within new markets lacking established support infra.
- Strong business acumen with an aptitude for community development, partnership building, and local brand growth.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and capable of performing in fast-paced, results-driven settings.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a hospitality-focused approach and passion for SotoMethod's mission.
- Familiarity with scheduling software, CRMs, and modern studio management tools.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.
Benefits

- Access to complimentary SotoMethod classes.
- Opportunity to be a founding leader in Dallas with clear pathways for advancement as the market grows.
- Engaging, collaborative team culture emphasizing high energy and ownership.
