Key Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate existing operations, processes, and consumer habits, using analytical thinking to identify potential risks and growth opportunities in a dynamic market environment.
• Analyze extensive datasets to detect trends and irregularities, and develop automated reporting systems and dashboards that facilitate quicker and more informed business decisions.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights grounded on customer needs, research, and feedback from various teams.
• Design and implement structured experiments and operational resolutions aimed at both customer satisfaction and business challenges, establishing appropriate metrics for success and continual refinement.
• Execute projects by collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to bring data-driven strategies to fruition and monitor their effects.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficient in SQL and other query languages, adept at dashboard creation, and knowledgeable in statistical techniques.
• Advanced skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in data science, business, or marketing analytics preferred.
• Knowledge of Python and other programming or statistical languages.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including agentic AI.
• Interest in fields such as financial forecasting, operational forecasting, pricing strategies, revenue management, and marketing or social media analytics.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, experienced in conveying data insights to diverse audiences.
• Effective project management skills and ability to work autonomously when required.
• Self-driven with a focus on tangible outcomes.
• Well-organized with strong time management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for innovations in on-demand logistics.
• Awareness of current social and cultural trends.
• Entrepreneurial spirit focused on building or optimizing businesses or processes.
• Experience in data science, analytics, consulting, strategy, project management, operations, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits

For roles based in New York City, the annual salary ranges from USD 106,000 to USD 118,000. Employees may participate in the company’s bonus programs and could receive equity awards and other types of compensation. All full-time staff can also join the 401(k) retirement plan and access a variety of additional benefits.
