About the Role
Mindrift, powered by Toloka—a seasoned leader in enterprise AI and machine learning since 2014—is pioneering advancements in AI training by integrating top domain experts with innovative AI projects. This initiative involves developing domain-specific reinforcement learning environments, tasks, and evaluation frameworks grounded in real-life consulting experiences to improve next-generation generative AI models.
We are establishing a Management Consulting focus area dedicated to transforming authentic consulting engagements into structured learning modules for AI. This requires a team of experienced strategy consultants from top-tier firms who can convert their project expertise into comprehensive examples spanning problem structuring, work planning, analytical execution, synthesis, and client-ready recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed and realistic consulting project scenarios reflecting true industry context, financial parameters, constraints, and ambiguous data.
- Design structured, discrete consulting tasks that mirror various real-world consulting activities such as market sizing, due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategies, operational diagnostics, and benchmarking.
- Develop evaluation standards including grading rubrics, quality benchmarks, and model solutions used to train an LLM-based evaluation system for AI outputs at scale.
- Contribute remotely as an independent analyst focused primarily on designing analytical frameworks and assessing AI task results.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ consulting experience at a recognized top-tier firm: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte S&C), EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
- Proven skills in structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Ability to translate ambiguous client problems into clear, actionable analytical plans and deliverables.
- Meticulous attention to logical coherence and output accuracy.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing work independently.
- Proficiency in written English at B2 level or higher.
- No specialized technical skills required; onboarding for necessary lightweight tools will be provided.
Compensation and Additional Information
Remuneration can reach up to $60 per hour equivalent, variable by individual contribution level, project scope, complexity, and expertise needed. Note that compensation will differ across various projects.
