Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead to spearhead top strategic projects and fortify the operational framework necessary for our upcoming growth stage. This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and executive team to establish and expand a Strategic Program Office (SPO), responsible for overseeing the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives and enhancing planning, communication, and execution processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PatientIQ's strategic initiative portfolio, ensuring clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and leadership oversight from start to finish.
• Guide multifaceted cross-functional projects in partnership with teams such as Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to achieve tangible business impacts.
• Develop and scale the SPO by setting governance structures, operational rhythms, portfolio management practices, and accountability systems to support execution at scale.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, executive operations, organizational prioritization, and communication strategies, including board and team updates.
• Create polished, executive-level analyses and presentations that simplify complex data, align stakeholders, and drive faster, informed decisions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for business impact, track strategic projects, identify risks early, and ensure investments translate to measurable results.
• Promote AI-driven operational efficiencies by integrating AI-powered workflows, automating manual tasks, and leveraging AI in planning, communication, analysis, and execution to amplify organizational effectiveness.
• Drive organizational accountability by clarifying responsibilities, facilitating decisions, removing barriers, and maintaining focus on key priorities.

Success Milestones (First 90 Days)

• Build strong relationships with executives and functional leaders to thoroughly understand the organization's business, products, customers, and strategic priorities. Identify opportunities to boost execution and operational effectiveness while becoming adept with AI tools and workflows.
• Take independent ownership of executive operating rhythms and lead a strategic cross-functional initiative with minimal supervision. Deliver executive-level analyses facilitating timely decision-making and begin establishing the SPO framework.
• Become a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and executive leadership, fully managing the strategic initiative portfolio and reporting cadence. Launch core elements of the SPO and drive measurable enhancements in execution through AI-enabled processes and standardized operating procedures.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a talent for clarifying ambiguous issues and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, skilled in developing concise, executive-ready materials independently.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-departmental initiatives and establish accountability without formal authority.
• Good business judgment to discern when to conduct deeper analysis, offer recommendations, or drive decision-making.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, adept at managing multiple critical projects while maintaining awareness of the overall business landscape.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments with incomplete information and uncertain paths forward.
• Proactive mindset with an ability to create structure, define scope, and drive projects to completion without waiting for detailed direction.
• Strong interest and aptitude in AI and modern productivity tools to enhance analysis, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, revenue operations, product strategy, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Experience Preferred

• Prior work experience within a healthcare technology setting is a plus.
