Position Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role involves leading high-impact projects with top AI Lab clients, managing complex and specialized data pipelines, and ensuring client satisfaction at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of projects from initiation through completion, guaranteeing exceptional client experiences with leading AI Labs.
Oversee intricate, domain-focused data workflows to enhance their efficiency, precision, and ability to scale effectively.
Lead and manage teams consisting of Human Data Managers, Leads, and subject-matter experts, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables.
Maintain direct communication with top-tier AI labs on large-scale projects possessing significant impact.
Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Deliver executive-level reporting that provides insights and updates about project status, data performance metrics, and operational outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
Robust, practical experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Proficiency in tools such as KiCad, SpiceBridge, PCBParts, or comparable software.
Demonstrated leadership or project ownership experience.
Ability to effectively articulate complex technical information in a clear manner.

Compensation & Work Details

This contract role offers a compensation range between $400,000 and $550,000 per year. The expected weekly commitment is between 10 to 40 hours. The position is fully remote, based in the United States.
