Role Overview

As a Strategic AI Outcomes Manager, you will collaborate with Jasper's largest enterprise clients to drive tangible business results through generative AI implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide executive leaders in shaping AI transformation strategies, spotlighting high-impact use cases, fostering adoption, and unlocking business value across marketing and other enterprise divisions. This position focuses distinctly on outcomes rather than commercial aspects such as renewals or contracts. Your performance will be gauged based on customer success, senior relationships, AI maturity, and strategic value growth. You will work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product teams, Marketing, and Customer Education to support top-tier global brands in operationalizing AI at scale. This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing anywhere within the continental U.S., reporting directly to the Director of AI Outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with senior leaders, including VP and C-level executives across marketing, operations, and digital transformation.
Lead strategic dialogues linking Jasper's capabilities to client business goals and organizational priorities.
Assist customers in creating and refining their enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
Conduct executive discussions emphasizing outcome achievement, value realization, adoption insights, and future growth opportunities, focusing on business outcomes rather than product metrics.
Work jointly with customers to set measurable success indicators tied to business results, develop multi-quarter plans with milestones, appoint executive sponsors, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Identify and prioritize impactful AI use cases across diverse business units and monitor progress, addressing obstacles proactively.
Promote adoption beyond initial implementations by discovering new teams and processes that can benefit from Jasper and collaborate with internal champions to drive organizational change.
Advise on governance frameworks, enablement, and operational models to support sustainable, enterprise-wide AI integration and maturity.
Coordinate with internal teams including Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Education to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Partner with Product to relay customer insights and influence roadmap developments based on aggregated account feedback.
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify strategic growth areas, while leaving pricing and contract management to the commercial team.
Manage complex executive-level escalations effectively, maintaining relationships and focusing on resolution.
Advocate customer successes and best practices, encouraging participation in speaking engagements, advisory councils, references, and case studies.
Channel customer feedback into Jasper’s product and customer program improvements.

Candidate Profile

7 to 10+ years experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related strategic client-facing roles.
Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and influence VP- and C-level executives.
Experienced in leading organizational change or transformation programs.
Strong business insight, linking technology investments with measurable business outcomes and fluency in business language.
Executive presence with excellent facilitation and influencing skills without formal authority.
Comfortable handling long-term (12-18 months) ambiguous outcome-focused projects rather than short adoption cycles.
Direct experience with generative AI, AI transformation, or emerging technologies.
Background in marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
Consulting experience at top firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, EY, Bain, or McKinsey is advantageous.
Experience engaging with Fortune 500 companies.

Competitive base salary range from $201,000 to $237,000 on-target earnings, variable based on skills and experience.
