Role Summary

The Strategic Account Executive will spearhead efforts to develop new strategic client accounts and promote Eightfold AI’s vision aligned with clients' priorities. This role requires a motivated sales expert capable of expanding the customer base through collaboration with sales engineering, implementation teams, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass set sales targets and develop fresh revenue channels.
• Drive business growth with new and existing clients, including through partnerships.
• Implement strategies to boost product visibility and identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Lead targeted campaigns to engage competitor clients alongside the sales development team.
• Manage RFP processes, assist partners in bids and tenders to generate new sales.
• Convert qualified leads into direct sales and help partners manage pipelines to meet revenue objectives.
• Conduct business planning, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and quarterly evaluations.
• Maintain transparent, respectful communication with clients and partners, fostering trust.
• Stay well-informed of competitors’ offerings and use insights to Eightfold’s advantage.
• Influence client choices and advocate for mutually beneficial solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Minimum of 10 years in enterprise-level sales.
• Proven experience selling to large corporations at executive levels (CHRO, CIO, CFO).
• Background in SaaS solution sales, preferably with an understanding or experience with AI-driven products.
• Capability to independently manage sales as the first representative in the region.

• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR software sales.
• Experience with innovative platform solutions and complex sales.
• Initiative-driven approach with resourcefulness in adapting sales strategies.
• Proven success in territory management and prioritizing opportunities for optimal quarterly results.
• Comfort using the challenger sales methodology.
• Experience handling complex RFPs and RFIs.
• Strong opportunity qualification skills and rapid understanding of prospects' needs.
• Collaborative team player, adept at leading cross-functional efforts across Product Management, SDR, Sales Engineering, and Marketing.
• Exceptional commercial communication skills including written, oral, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, goal-oriented settings; creative problem-solving and adaptability with multiple stakeholders.
