Role Overview - Storemanager Karlsruhe

We are looking for a Storemanager to join our Karlsruhe branch full-time on a permanent basis. You will be the face of our store, bringing our vision to life by creating an engaging in-store experience centered around sport. Your leadership will motivate and develop your team to continuously captivate our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the host of your store, embodying the vision that SportScheck is the ultimate meeting place for sport experiences.
• Lead recruitment, staff development, motivation, and daily management of your team to consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Manage all store operations related to merchandise handling, visual merchandising, and sales to ensure seamless processes and a compelling store presentation.
• Ensure that customers are welcomed in well-organized, attractive, and inspiring retail spaces with excellent product displays.
• Oversee the store’s economic performance by monitoring key indicators and implementing the necessary action plans.
• Drive the long-term success and growth of your store while managing costs effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Authentic retailer mindset focused on service culture and guest-oriented conduct actively demonstrated in-store.
• At least three years of managerial experience in a similar retail position.
• Educational background with a business degree or an equivalent qualification in retail or sports sectors.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, personal accountability, and commitment to continuous local improvements.
• Analytical skills with confident communication and assertiveness.
• Passion for multichannel retailing, both online and offline, with an understanding of market benchmarks.
• Deep enthusiasm for sports which motivates yourself and inspires your team.
