We are seeking an individual with the right personal qualities rather than just extensive experience. Although previous retail and leadership experience is valuable, we equally prioritize attributes such as humility, meticulous attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a heartfelt commitment to customer service and collaboration.
This position does not involve managing a large team; instead, the focus is on taking ownership of the store operations, cultivating strong customer relationships, maintaining a reputable brand, and contributing to the growth of a small family-run business.
Our aim is to find someone we can trust to care for the store as if it were their own.
