Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Store Executive to join our team at Magna Sales And Technologies in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the store in excellent condition, including ensuring appealing visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure prompt packing and dispatch of goods to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services effectively.
• Provide support for inventory management and guarantee timely delivery of goods.
• Organize, stack, and display products appropriately for sale.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and logistics activities using registers and prescribed Excel formats.
• Preferably have knowledge of accounting software like Tally.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must possess their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
