About the Role
Lismore Base Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Sterilisation Technician within the Central Sterilising Services Department (CSSD). The role involves ensuring the safe provision of sterile and thermally disinfected medical and surgical equipment to all hospital clinical areas, following Australian standards and NSW Health policies. This position supports high-quality patient care by managing preparation and supply of sterile instruments.

Employment Details
This is a permanent full-time role with the possibility of part-time or casual employment, classified as Sterilisation Technician Grade 2. The remuneration ranges from $72,968 to $76,207 per annum on a pro rata basis, with a workweek up to 38 hours. A six-month probationary period may apply.
