Role Overview
As a Technical Presales professional, you will support the sales of assigned products by guiding customers toward suitable technical solutions. This role involves close interaction with end users, vendors, partners, and customers to shape solutions, demonstrate value, and assist the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert questions and needs from customers or resellers into appropriate technical solutions.
- Engage with end users to clarify their business and technical requirements.
- Prepare bills of materials and build solution designs together with hardware and software vendors.
- Deliver demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations to customers.
- Organize and conduct technical training sessions for partners and customers.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings 4 to 6 years of presales experience, along with knowledge of AI technologies. A strong drive to achieve results, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
