Role Overview
Hoya Medical India is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis activities in Gurugram. The role is centered on building financial visibility, strengthening decision-making, and helping the business improve performance through accurate analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves ownership of core planning and analysis work, including budgeting, financial reporting, profitability review, pricing support, and working capital oversight.
- Prepare and manage budgets and related planning activities.
- Deliver timely financial reports and summarize key business performance trends.
- Analyze profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support pricing decisions with financial analysis and insight.
- Track and manage working capital-related metrics.
- Monitor margins and inventory levels to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Provide actionable business insights that support strategic decisions.
- Help streamline and improve reporting methods and processes.
