Role Overview

Vanatari is hiring a Senior Amazon Marketing Manager to lead paid growth across its full brand portfolio and all active markets. As the company shifts from a decentralized model to clearer shared ownership, this position will act as the central driver for advertising performance: managing the PPC stack, automating repetitive work, and equipping Country Managers with the campaigns and insights they need to grow profitably.

This role reports to the Marketplaces Lead and works closely with Country Managers in Germany, Italy, France, the UK, Spain, and adjacent markets. It is a highly hands-on role with a strong level of autonomy for someone who is data-driven, scale-minded, and focused on building systems rather than repeating manual tasks.

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Plan, run, and optimize Amazon Ads across all brands and markets, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Set up and maintain campaign structures organized by ASIN and country.
  • Manage bids and budgets, harvest winning keywords, and apply negative targeting.
  • Test creatives, placements, and audiences to improve performance.

PPC Automation and Scale

  • Own the company’s PPC automation setup through Perpetua.
  • Define rules, safeguards, and workflows that allow campaigns to expand across markets without adding unnecessary manual work.

  • Share clear performance updates with Country Managers, including what changed, why it changed, and the next actions being taken.

  • Work with Pricing & Deals, Brand Incubation, and Content teams to keep paid execution aligned with wider business goals.

What We Are Looking For
