Role Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience within the financial or cryptocurrency sectors, focusing on retail growth for products or services.
• Sound knowledge and appreciation of blockchain technology and the broader Web3 environment.
• Proven ability to engage with communities when suitable to collect feedback and drive initiatives that boost spot active user numbers and trading volume.
• Experience partnering with product and technical teams to deliver new features.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently under limited supervision, as well as mentor team members.
• Strong logical thinking skills utilizing data for problem-solving.
• Excellent critical thinking, outstanding communication, high motivation, and fast learning aptitude.
