Role Overview

We seek a motivated and experienced Talent Attraction Specialist to join our People and Culture HR team. This role entails end-to-end recruitment management, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent primarily for Operations and Executive/Senior-level roles. The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach, strong relational skills, and a passion for employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment management including sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Employ innovative sourcing methods to attract candidates for complex and niche positions.
• Regularly update stakeholders with market intelligence, talent trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pool meeting both current and projected hiring demands.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Forge and sustain partnerships with universities to cultivate early-career talent pools.
• Manage relationships with institutions, vendors, and sourcing partners, focusing on French-speaking African countries.
• Maintain strong connections with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Organize and lead recruitment-related events such as job fairs and open days.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to elevate organizational visibility and appeal.
• Act as a brand representative at external forums and events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Solid experience in talent acquisition, especially targeting mid and senior-level positions.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for specialized and challenging roles.
• Experience managing partnerships with vendors and academic institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking strengths.
• Track record of sourcing talent from diverse geographical regions, notably French-speaking African countries.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies.
• Proficiency in English and French languages.
