We are seeking a Specialist in Country & Client Management based in Dublin, Ireland, to join our EMEA Growth team within Global Client Management (GCM). This is a compelling opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to establish a foundation in client management, commercial strategy, and senior stakeholder engagement, while building skills for progression within our client coverage organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing commercial priorities across Ireland by identifying opportunities, monitoring strategic activities, and supporting business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Ireland Country Manager and EMEA leadership to produce high-quality briefing materials, updates, and talking points for internal and external engagements.
- Carry out client, market, and segment research to generate insights, detect trends, and facilitate go-to-market strategies for key relationships.
- Help prepare customized proposals, presentations, and supporting documents alongside product, coverage, and regional teams.
- Support the organization and preparation of client meetings through agenda development, briefing pack compilation, and ensuring timely follow-ups on actions.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline information, assist with reporting demands, and monitor vital priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare clear and professional communications for varied internal stakeholders, promoting alignment and information sharing.
- Foster strong cross-functional and cross-geographical relationships to enable a coordinated, client-focused approach.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of BNY’s clients, solutions, and commercial strategies to support long-term career growth within client coverage.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have relevant experience in client service, sales support, business development, relationship management, or similar areas, preferably within financial services, professional services, or corporate settings.
- Demonstrate a strong aspiration to build a career in client management, sales, or commercial roles in financial services.
- Exhibit intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to learning in a dynamic, global environment.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at converting information into clear insights and actionable advice.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing polished materials for senior leaders.
- Show strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Be collaborative and confident in working with colleagues across teams, geographies, and seniority levels.
