Role Overview

The Special Projects Lead partners closely with the Founder to manage a portfolio of key strategic initiatives. The role translates complex problems into actionable plans and oversees execution across multiple teams. The premier project is leading the Horizon Leadership Council—a flagship philanthropic and thought leadership endeavour—where you will help define multi-year impact goals, secure engagement from key funders and stakeholders, and marshal firm-wide resources to achieve these missions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical firm projects including the Horizon Leadership Council from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to develop firm strategy, prepare board-level materials, and support new business line creation.
  • Drive thought leadership outputs and manage knowledge systems and consulting workflows.
  • Partner with Practice Leads to nurture the talent pipeline and contribute to select client engagements by applying problem-solving and analytical skills.
