About the Role

We are inviting motivated individuals to join our multi award-winning Oceo Spa at Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort as a Spa Cleaner. This position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional team dedicated to maintaining high standards in a luxury spa environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in spa cleaning or hotel cleaning is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training will be supplied.
• Must be flexible to work both weekday and weekend shifts as needed.
• Should demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor with outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Competent in both spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail with commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key Duties

• Conduct regular cleaning and servicing of guest areas meeting the spa’s stringent standards.
• Maintain immaculate hygiene and cleanliness throughout the spa facilities.
• Promptly relay maintenance issues to the Facilities Team to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete required checklists diligently to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage lost property in line with the resort’s protocols for acceptance, security, and return.
• Perform any additional duties relevant to the spa cleaning role as required.
