Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, your role involves educating and collaborating with clients to design tailored Redis-powered solutions that align with their unique business and database demands. You will be instrumental in driving proofs of concept, pilots, and technical evaluations, engaging directly with customers through hands-on technical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in addressing their technological and business challenges by implementing Redis databases and associated solutions.
• Analyze and validate customers’ business requirements and use cases thoroughly.
• Work closely with customers’ technical stakeholders, including architects, developers, project managers, and executives, to guarantee successful implementation of POCs and pilot projects.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to develop impactful account strategies, identify opportunities for new business, and expand existing accounts.
• Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our company's capabilities and technological advantages to engage customers effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance product documentation, best practices, and inform Product Management and R&D teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in pre-sales engineering, preferably focusing on database technologies within enterprise software.
• Proven hands-on proficiency in server-side development and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with excellent English language skills.
• Must be based in Singapore.
