Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Solar Rooftop Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing the complete execution of rooftop solar projects from initiation through to handover. This role involves managing installation teams, ensuring safety and quality, timely completion, and liaising with customers and EPC partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire rooftop solar project lifecycle, from start to completion.
• Oversee installation of mounting structures, solar modules, inverters, AC/DC wiring, earthing systems, and balance of system (BOS) components.
• Coordinate electricians, technicians, fabricators, and helpers, along with material logistics.
• Perform site inspections to uphold quality standards and minimize rework.
• Supervise commissioning, testing phases, and ensure project closure.
• Maintain daily progress reports, photographic documentation, and installation records.
• Enforce compliance with electrical safety regulations and work-at-height protocols.

Qualifications

• Completed ITI, Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in rooftop solar installation or site execution.
• Familiarity with AC/DC wiring, On-grid/Off-grid/Hybrid solar systems, inverters, single-line diagrams (SLDs), earthing, mounting structures, and system commissioning.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites within Bengaluru.
