Role Summary

We are seeking a new graduate to join our engineering team with a focus on AI. As a key contributor, you will help develop critical user experiences and enhance how users derive value from our products. This role offers considerable autonomy in solving meaningful challenges and influencing the product direction, working closely with a cross-disciplinary team of experts including design, product, and data.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to prototype and deliver AI-driven features improving our product offerings.
• Manage projects involving integration of new AI models or technologies within existing frameworks, including monitoring and performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain model evaluation tools and testing processes to enhance product quality through both automated and human-centered approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with availability to start full-time by July 27, 2026.
• Internship experience in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Typescript, React, or Python.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Enthusiasm for rapid prototyping and iteration with some exposure to AI/ML through academic work or hands-on projects.
• Basic understanding of product components including UI, APIs, and relational databases (like Postgres or MySQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and iteratively improve solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, comfortable sharing progress and incorporating feedback.
• A user-centered mindset focused on delivering meaningful and high-impact solutions to a broad audience.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres.
• A passion for creating software solutions and a keen interest in the societal implications of technology.
• Appreciation for computing pioneers and the historical context of technology development.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

The role offers a competitive salary range from $126,000 to $146,000 annually based on location, role complexity, and candidate expertise.
