Role Overview

The Soft Skills/Vocational Trainer will educate prospective Heavy Truck Drivers who are preparing to work in Europe. This role specifically focuses on delivering Code 95 theoretical training, equipping candidates with comprehensive knowledge of European traffic regulations prior to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging theoretical training sessions on Code 95 using exclusive training materials developed by the company.
• Track attendance and progress of trainees throughout the selection and training phases, ensuring proper follow-up on absentees.
• Evaluate trainees' understanding via quizzes, tests, and practical assessments related to European driving regulations.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support by addressing training-related questions and facilitating consistent learning progress.
• Maintain detailed training documentation, prepare daily attendance summaries, and gather feedback on course completion from training partners.

Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities in both English and Hindi.
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing responsibilities.
• Strong skills in project management.
• A minimum of one year experience in teaching or training roles is essential.

Job Details

• Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi
• Employment type: Full-time
• Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, office-based
• Working days: Monday through Saturday with days off on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays
