Soft Collection Executive - Fresher

About the role

This position is for a soft collections executive who will handle customer follow-ups for overdue payments, support repayment discussions, and ensure that all collection activities are carried out professionally and in line with company rules.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with customers in a professional manner to recover pending dues.
• Discuss and agree on repayment arrangements while staying within company guidelines.
• Keep clear and correct records of customer calls, discussions, and promised payment dates.
• Enter customer details and collection progress into the system accurately.
• Address customer questions or concerns related to payments and account balances.
• Work toward daily and monthly collection goals without compromising quality standards.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and internal procedures during every customer interaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams when support is needed to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility and requirements

• Minimum qualification: HSC / 12th pass.
• Both freshers and candidates with prior experience may apply.
• Strong spoken and written English communication is essential.
• Applicants should be 45 years of age or younger.
• A steady work history is preferred, with no loss of pay (LOP) in previous employment.

Salary and employment details

The offered compensation is INR 3,01,000 to INR 4,02,000 per year. This is a full-time, onsite role and is available for immediate joining. No prior experience is required.
