Social Media Manager

About the Role

Talent X International is seeking a dedicated female Social Media Manager to enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms. The position offers a monthly salary between 15000 to 20000 INR. The work schedule consists of six days a week, from 10 AM to 7 PM, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing images and promotional content for products.
• Manage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging reels, stories, YouTube Shorts, and product videos.
• Organize and coordinate product photoshoots and video shoots effectively.
• Develop and adhere to a daily content calendar.
• Promote items listed on Amazon and Flipkart marketplace platforms.
• Work towards growing authentic likes, shares, followers, engagement levels, and customer reviews.
• Motivate customers to leave genuine reviews on Google, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, and reviews on Google.
• Collaborate closely with design, photography, and e-commerce departments.
• Monitor daily platform performance and prepare routine progress reports.
• Handle paid advertisement activities and promotional campaigns when necessary.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must demonstrate creativity and possess strong skills in Canva, basic photo and video editing, and social media analytics. Daily active engagement and continuous improvement in brand visibility and audience interaction for all our products are essential.
