Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's brand visibility on social media platforms. This full-time remote position involves creating and implementing detailed content calendars, tailoring strategies per platform, and driving engagement and follower growth. The role encompasses content creation, editing, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring social narratives align with the overall brand and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain social media content schedules that support brand goals.
- Design and execute platform-specific social media strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Write and edit social media posts ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize social content efforts.
- Analyze social media metrics, track trends, and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
- Manage online communities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and best practices.
- Contribute innovative ideas to broader marketing and distribution strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Optimization techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing social content strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for audience insights and campaign performance evaluation.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup and collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement best practices.
- Background in marketing, communications, media, or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
