About Tim&Leon
Tim&Leon consists of two founders committed to revolutionizing the future of dog food. Their mission is to establish a trustworthy brand that delivers high-quality, transparent, and environmentally responsible products for pets and the planet. Their first product line, "Besserlis," featuring innovative proteins such as those derived from fermentation and free from unnecessary additives, was successfully launched in early March.
Role Overview
This unpaid internship position invites candidates passionate about social media to support the growth of the Tim&Leon brand on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role begins with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, offering opportunities to contribute creatively, influence the brand's visibility, and drive meaningful impact on the brand development after the new product launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to brand growth.
- Create diverse content including images, videos, reels, stories, and posts.
- Assist in designing and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Engage with the online community and manage audience interactions.
- Establish and maintain collaborations with other brands and influencers.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Strong enthusiasm for social media coupled with creative thinking.
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to tasks.
- Prior experience using platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok is advantageous.
- Drive to contribute to the foundation and growth of a start-up.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility.
- Availability for at least 10 hours weekly.
- Preference for candidates who can work onsite in Berlin.
