With a dedicated Digital Unit and over 30 years of experience, the agency delivers design, digital solutions, content marketing, and social media strategies for a range of clients from medium-sized businesses to international brands.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic editorial plans and content roadmaps for platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create content such as short videos/Reels, Stories, posts, and simple graphics, along with crafting engaging copy and captions.
- Moderate online communities, implement social listening, enforce guidelines, and manage first-response procedures.
- Handle basic paid social media operations including setup of smaller campaigns using Meta Business/Ads Manager, conducting A/B testing, and performing basic analyses.
- Oversee production processes and coordinate with external partners like film, photography, and translation teams, ensuring quality control and approvals, including the management of image, music, and usage rights.
- Source, brief, review content, and measure success of influencer and creator collaborations.
- Prepare monthly reports featuring key performance indicators such as reach, engagement rate, clicks/leads, along with lessons learned and recommended actions.
- Collaborate closely with design, performance, and consulting teams to visualize concepts for clients.
Qualifications
- Completed training or studies in digital media, marketing, communication, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of relevant social media experience in an agency or brand environment, supported by a portfolio of work samples.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and specifications for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and optionally YouTube/Shorts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Figma, and commonly used planning and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business/Ads Manager including campaign setup, audience targeting, and result analysis.
- Additional talents such as graphic design, photography, video editing, trend awareness, and a creator mindset are advantageous.
