Role Summary
The Social Client Solutions Manager is key in managing and expanding client relationships for social media offerings. This role emphasizes strategic account management, focusing on client retention, growth, and customized social media advisory within an assigned client portfolio. Unlike the broader Social Solutions Manager position, this role centers on providing day-to-day expert guidance and driving client success across social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio to enhance retention, stimulate growth, and maximize satisfaction.
- Identify potential upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by conducting regular performance evaluations and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with the Client Solutions Management team to implement client growth strategies.
- Develop, launch, and oversee social media campaigns aligned with client key performance indicators.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance and pacing proactively.
- Provide detailed post-campaign reports featuring insights and actionable recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted expert on social media trends, advertising formats, and best practices.
- Assist clients in strategic planning for heightened campaign impact and platform performance.
- Stay informed about social media platform updates and educate clients about new opportunities.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and offer solutions grounded in deep platform and process knowledge.
- Work alongside internal teams ensuring smooth onboarding, transitions, and continuous support.
- Support senior client managers and contribute to broader team goals as needed.
- Participate in team training initiatives and knowledge-sharing related to social platforms and ad formats.
- Leverage industry trends and campaign insights to enhance client outcomes and internal processes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has 2 to 5+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns or working in performance social roles within media, digital, or performance marketing agencies. Practical expertise with Meta advertising platforms, client-facing campaign management, media buying, optimization, reporting, and strategic account support is essential.
