About the Role
We are seeking driven and experienced professionals to become part of our Commercial Insurance team focusing on the SME segment within the Non-Motor Insurance sector. This position offers a career growth opportunity in a dynamic environment at PB Partners, a subsidiary under the Policybazaar group.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio concentrating on Non-Motor products.
- Drive business development via direct engagement, broker relations, and corporate clientele.
- Specialize in handling Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and other Non-Motor insurance products.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients to secure renewals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory mandates.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of SME & Commercial line insurance products.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent relationship management skills.
- Prior background in the General Insurance (GI) industry is mandatory.
- Not required to possess a graduation degree.
Compensation and Incentives
The role offers a fixed annual salary of up to INR 1,000,000 along with attractive incentive schemes.
