Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and execution goals specifically for Slimming Services and personal targets.
• Enhance Slimming package sales by upselling and cross-selling complementary beauty packages.
• Organize and carry out sales promotions and events in collaboration with the Corporate team.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards within the Slimming team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Consistently follow up with clients and ensure timely delivery of their packages within validity periods.
• Handle client queries and concerns promptly to uphold high satisfaction levels.
• Enforce corporate policies and standard operating procedures through regular audits and reviews.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Office for updates on technical inputs, stock status, and submit regular reports on client bookings and completed treatments.
• Recruit, induct, and orient new slimming staff members following company SOPs.
• Lead and nurture the slimming team to boost performance, service standards, and overall effectiveness, including informing staff about monthly promotions and incentive schemes related to sales, execution, and product targets.
• Conduct periodic meetings to address staff grievances and gather ideas for improvement.
• Oversee attendance, manage work distribution, handle scheduling, and organize weekly off-days for the slimming team.
• Maintain the grooming, training, discipline, and welfare of team members.
• Ensure equipment safety and upkeep for all slimming-related machinery and tools.
• Track client progress after each slimming session and take corrective measures for any unsatisfactory outcomes, including liaising with the Corporate Technical team when necessary.
• Ensure client documentation like slimming cards includes signatures, feedback, and photographs; ensure compliance with consent form requirements.
• Monitor product usage as per SOP with strict controls to prevent pilferage.
• Maintain individual productivity standards for slimming staff as per company benchmarks.
• Keep the slimming section, therapy rooms, and nursing station clean and orderly.
• Supervise timely maintenance of slimming equipment and notify Centre Head or Corporate about items needing repair.
• Manage stock ordering, physical verification, and apply FIFO policy for product usage.

• Strong technical expertise in Nutrition and Wellness Services.
• Demonstrated ability to tailor solutions and secure sales based on client segmentation and individual needs.
• Proven leadership qualities and excellent people management skills.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of setting and meeting sales targets to drive revenue and enhance profitability.
• Skilled at monitoring weight loss outcomes and other related treatment results against targets.
