About the Role
CivilandScape is seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor specializing in civil and landscape projects to join our team immediately. You will engage in managing diverse assignments ranging from high-end residential developments to commercial high-rise buildings in city centers. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the daily site operations and leading the delivery teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Prerequisites
- Minimum of four years' full-time experience in civil and landscaping sectors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications applicable to the industry.
- Well-versed with construction, civil, and landscape industry practices and standards.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Possession of a current NSW White Card.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver overall project execution from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate regularly with the Project Coordinator, providing weekly or as-needed updates.
- Manage deliveries and handle communications concerning Requests for Information (RFI) with the Project Coordinator.
- Liaise efficiently between the onsite teams and office personnel, serving as the key contact for delivery teams.
- Supervise personnel including general laborers, leading hands, and apprentices.
- Engage with senior management for regular progress evaluations.
- Interpret technical drawings and project scope alongside the site team.
- Orchestrate subcontractors and supplier schedules to align with project timelines.
- Create, review, and maintain construction work programs.
- Oversee workplace health and safety compliance onsite.
- Enforce quality assurance standards across all projects.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date project documentation through strong organizational skills.
- Execute tasks according to company procedures and management instructions.
