Job Role Summary

The Site Operative plays a crucial role in maintaining the site’s daily order and supporting the site team’s activities.

Daily Responsibilities

• Cleaning and upkeep of site welfare facilities.
• Correct storage and organization of materials.
• Supervising deliveries during unloading.
• Ensuring safe access to welfare amenities.
• Maintaining and enhancing pedestrian walkways around the site.
• Installing and updating all relevant site signage.
• Keeping the entire site visually presentable.
• Ensuring sales presentation standards are met.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety inside the individual plots at all times.
• Assisting with preparation of plots for NHBC inspections.
• Protecting second fix elements from damage.
• Managing opening and locking of the site and plots at the beginning and end of workdays.
• General housekeeping duties across the site.

Team Collaboration

• Providing support to the site team and specialist trades as needed.

Health & Safety

• Ensuring that walkways remain unobstructed and managing traffic safely on site.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid CSCS card.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and tradespeople.
• Willingness and ability to travel between various sites within the region.
• Full clean driving license.
• Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
