Role Overview

For the Düsseldorf store, a full-time Security Associate / Loss Prevention Officer is needed starting immediately. The role is based on a 40-hour workweek and is carried out on site.

Key Duties

• Maintain a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at the store entrance to help protect customers, employees, and merchandise
• Reduce and prevent losses on the sales floor
• Support the store team in protecting product security
• Handle conflicts effectively and help resolve difficult situations

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, resilient, and strong in communication. In demanding situations, they should remain calm and act in a professional manner. Experience in customer-facing roles, security work, or formal training in protective security is useful but not mandatory. Career changers are welcome.
