Job Overview

Key Duties
- Greet and assist showroom visitors professionally.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Communicate detailed information about product features, designs, dimensions, and pricing.
- Generate quotations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to verify stock availability.
- Manage order processing and coordinate prompt deliveries.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Address customer questions and resolve any complaints in a professional manner.
