Role Overview

In the capacity of Shift Leader for Events, you will oversee the preparation and execution of event setups, collaborate effectively with various internal departments, and ensure seamless delivery of all banquet and event functions to uphold the hotel's high standards.

Key Qualifications

• Possess between two and three years of hands-on experience managing banquet and event operations within a high-end hotel environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent organizational skills
• Exemplary communication and adept problem-solving skills
• Availability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Thorough knowledge of banquet arrangements and compliance with event service quality standards
