Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and driven Client Support and Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining excellent client relationships through dedicated support services, while actively seeking new business opportunities to boost the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for current clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with account matters.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their investment objectives, risk profiles, and preferences.
• Proactively update clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and relevant financial news.
• Support clients with account setup, documentation, and management procedures.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects to expand the client base and enhance revenues.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential client segments and strategize effective targeting methods.
• Engage potential clients through networking events, seminars, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at client acquisition.
• Represent the organization at promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Proven background in client support, sales, or business development, preferably within financial services.
• Strong understanding of stock market operations, investment products, and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Goal-driven approach with documented success in meeting sales targets and objectives.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Relevant certifications such as NISM license are advantageous.
