Role Overview

The sessional invigilator ensures exams are conducted in full compliance with JCQ and City of Portsmouth College guidelines. The primary purpose is to provide all candidates with a fair opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, maintain exam security throughout the process, prevent cheating or administrative errors, and ensure adherence to examination protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of exam papers and materials at all times and return them as directed.
  • Arrange exam rooms according to JCQ standards.
