About the Role
Join Ecoworld NZ 2018 Ltd as a Service Technician / Pump Truck Driver servicing clients across Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty regions. Although the head office is located in Waikato, this role requires frequent travel to service various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pumping services for grease interceptors.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste at authorized facilities.
- Manage electronic invoicing accurately.
- Supply dosing liquids as part of maintenance duties.
- Conduct general upkeep and maintenance of the truck.
Working Hours and Travel
The schedule varies and may involve early mornings or late nights with some downtime during the day. Candidates must be willing to stay away from home for four or more nights per month to support client servicing.
Licensing and Qualifications
- Must hold a current Car Licence.
- Support will be provided to obtain a Class 2 licence for the suitable candidate.
- Having a Dangerous Goods endorsement is advantageous but not mandatory.
Personal Attributes
- Hands-on and practical approach essential.
- Some prior practical experience is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a team player who works well with others.
