Role Overview
As a Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative based in Carrigaline, Co. Cork, you will be a crucial part of the customer service team, ensuring the timely delivery, installation, fitting, collection, and exchange of products at customer sites while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate professionally to fulfill all customer service delivery requests.
- Continuously communicate updates and provide feedback to service management to meet customer service goals.
- Verify that all items and services provided to clients meet quality and suitability criteria.
- Contribute to planning optimal delivery routes to serve new customer requirements effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all company health and safety guidelines and standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a clean full Irish or EU driving license is essential.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads efficiently under deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to independently solve problems and demonstrate a positive, can-do mindset.
