Service Driver

Role overview

We are looking for a Service Driver to join the team at the Athelone branch, working across Athenry and the nearby area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, organising their own day and delivering strong customer service. No previous experience is needed, as full training is provided.

• Start with a base salary of EUR 29350 per year.

• This is a full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday hours, totalling 40 hours per week.

What the job involves

In this position, you will travel between customer locations to service washroom products. These may include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and floor mats.

Key duties

• Load and unload units and floor mats for customers, which means the role requires good physical fitness.
• Keep the vehicle in a safe condition, drive responsibly and follow the company’s safe-driving guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and approach at all times.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to adapt working patterns to meet business needs.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
• Pride in doing the job well.
• A DBS check may be required depending on the role.
