About the Company
Himajal Water Solutions specializes in water purifiers, conditioners, softeners, and commercial water treatment systems, providing advanced solutions in the water treatment industry. They seek an experienced Service Head to oversee their service division, lead technical teams, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of CRM Executives and Service Technicians efficiently.
- Exhibit solid technical expertise in water treatment equipment including purifiers, conditioners, softeners, and commercial water treatment plants.
- Assign, track, and confirm timely completion of service calls and installation jobs.
- Lead, educate, and mentor technicians to enhance skills, productivity, and service standards.
- Perform routine field visits to monitor technicians and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Encourage and maintain discipline within the service team to meet performance targets.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate smoothly among customers, CRM staff, and technicians to streamline service operations.
- Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on technician performance, service completion, complaint status, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company’s service guidelines, safety protocols, and response deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
Requirements
- Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Engineering disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in service management, technical support, or field operations.
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment products and plumbing.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to professionally manage customer escalations.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM/service software preferred.
Language Proficiency
- Mandatory fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages.
- Preference for candidates with Tamil or Kannada language skills.
