SEO Specialist

Role Overview

The SEO Specialist will focus on enhancing the online visibility of real estate projects in Pune by devising and executing comprehensive search engine optimization strategies tailored for local micro-markets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-conversion search terms specific to Pune real estate, such as "2 BHK in Wakad" and "Flats near Hinjewadi IT Park".
• Perform competitor analysis involving local developers and property portals to inform strategy development.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies targeting distinct Pune submarkets.
• Optimize project landing pages by refining meta titles, descriptions, and incorporating schema markup.
• Apply technical SEO best practices including enhancements to Core Web Vitals and website loading speed.
• Manage Google Business Profiles for projects and build citations and backlinks to dominate local SEO and map pack rankings.
• Create content plans producing SEO-focused blogs and pillar pages for major Pune neighborhoods like Wakad, Hinjewadi, and Baner, in coordination with content and design teams.
• Build authority through acquiring real estate-specific backlinks, guest posts, and PR placements while tracking domain authority improvements.
• Regularly report on keyword rankings, site traffic, and organic lead conversions, providing monthly updates and growth strategies to company leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of keyword research and market competition analysis within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in on-page SEO techniques and technical SEO optimization.
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO tactics.
• Content strategy development and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
