Overview
Join Tauranga City Council and play a pivotal role in shaping how one of New Zealand's fastest-growing cities communicates digitally with its community. We are offering two fixed-term positions for Senior Web Content Specialists: one full-time and one part-time role. Your mission will be to make our digital platforms user-friendly, engaging, and accessible, ensuring residents find relevant information effortlessly.
Key Contributions
- Enhance the digital journey for thousands of council service users daily.
- Leverage content analytics and user feedback to continually refine online experiences.
- Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to maintain and elevate online content quality.
Required Skills and Experience
Successful candidates will combine deep web content knowledge with strong digital aptitude and excellent collaboration capabilities. Experience in web publishing, content management systems, and web administration is essential. Skills in HTML and CSS, digital customer journey design, and developing online forms and surveys will be highly regarded. A proactive, customer-centered mindset is key to delivering superior digital services.
