Description de l'emploi
About Owner
Owner is an AI-built platform that enables local business owners, beginning with restaurants, to thrive by simplifying and consolidating the many software tools they need. This system handles everything from restaurant websites and online ordering to CRM and POS. Unlike typical small business software that requires owners to work hard to achieve sales and profit growth, Owner proactively drives demand and operations to improve the business continually, acting like a team of skilled operators, engineers, and marketers working on behalf of the business.
The initial focus is on empowering independent restaurants online, but the plan is to expand to all types of local businesses struggling against large technology firms that drain their profits. Owner has processed over a billion dollars in online orders since 2020, helped more than 20,000 restaurant owners save about $200 million in fees, and reached one in five Americans through its websites.
The company is remote-first, headquartered in San Francisco with a sales hub in Toronto, and has a growing global team from top SMB software companies.
