Position Overview
The Senior Vice President - Operations is tasked with leading strategic and operational excellence across US service delivery while managing P&L performance. This leadership role involves shaping commercial strategies, steering cross-functional teams during execution, integrating technological advancements into operational models, and providing direct performance reports to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall performance, P&L, and operational delivery spanning various clients, locations, and programs within our global network.
- Define and uphold the standard operational procedures Everise follows across diverse markets, business verticals, and channels.
- Guide site leaders, program managers, and functional heads managing day-to-day operations throughout six countries.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison to client executives by building trust, navigating challenging discussions, and fulfilling commitments.
- Incorporate AI and automation deeply within the operational framework to enhance efficiency rather than treating it as an addition.
- Develop scalable strategies to onboard new clients, enter new regions, and expand service capabilities.
- Identify and address operational complexities that affect costs, risks, or prospects proactively.
- Cultivate future operational leaders across various markets, recognizing that growth depends critically on developing people.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 15 years of leadership experience in operations, with significant tenure at the SVP level in BPO, customer experience, or similar global services sectors.
- Proven capability in managing multi-site, multinational operations with direct responsibility for P&L.
- Strong background managing executive client relationships; recognized as the trusted contact by clients.
- Expertise in driving operational transformation, including AI adoption, automation, workforce optimization, nearshore/offshore strategies, and contact center technologies.
- Experience or rapid adaptability within healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities across multiple time zones.
- Based in the United States and open to travel across Everise’s international footprint.
Compensation and Benefits
This remote role offers a base salary ranging from $325,000 to $350,000 annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid leave. Depending on the role specifics, discretionary bonuses and other benefits may be included. Compensation packages will be tailored based on experience, skill level, and candidate location.
