Role Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process enhancing hiring speed, quality, and impact.
- Conduct hiring at all levels including executive searches.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on role definition, candidate profiles, and assessment methods.
- Explore and implement creative sourcing strategies including AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Ensure a candidate experience aligned with company values and aspirations.
- Measure and optimize recruitment metrics and processes to improve results continuously.
- Scale the talent acquisition strategy in line with rapid organizational growth.
