Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle technical recruitment focused on Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance for our client based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical and specialist roles.
• Identify and attract highly qualified candidates in technical fields.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to grasp their staffing requirements and devise recruitment strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, selection processes, and coordinate pre-employment verifications.
• Keep recruitment records up to date and deliver periodic progress reports.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between three to five years of recruiting experience.
• Background in agency or in-house recruitment environments.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Prior involvement in aviation, engineering, or similar technical sectors is essential.
• Holder of a Bachelor's degree.

Additional Information

This position requires relocation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
