Senior Solution Architect - AI/ML/LLM/DeepTech (Arabic Speaking)

Role overview

This opportunity is with a global AI and deep tech company expanding in the Middle East. The selected candidate will join the pre-sales function in Doha and act as the link between the company’s technology and customer needs, shaping scalable and dependable AI-driven solutions.

The role is based in Doha with a hybrid working setup. Visa support is available, and fluency in Arabic is required.

What you will do

• Partner with sales and customer teams during the pre-sales cycle to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Design innovative, scalable, and reliable AI-powered architectures for prospective clients.
• Lead technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs and tenders.
• Run product demonstrations independently for customers and partners.
• Assess deployment approaches across sovereign, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Size GPU infrastructure for inference and training workloads and compare hardware options from A10 to H200.
• Benchmark LLM performance across accuracy, latency, and throughput.
• Support travel for meetings, conferences, and project-related work when required.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Background in technical pre-sales, partner-facing consulting, or similar roles such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, RFP/tender responses, and customer demos.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with AI/ML services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, and AzureML.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Flyte, and MLflow.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized AI workloads.
• Familiarity with LLM inference stacks including vLLM, llama.cpp, and OpenVINO, plus formats such as ONNX, .safetensors, and Hugging Face model hub assets.
• Programming ability in Python and SQL, with exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
• Ability to work in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer vision, speech, and vision-language models.
• Exposure to AI model optimization, quantization, or edge deployment.
• Experience building RAG pipelines or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of data architecture for batch and streaming use cases, including big data tools.
• Awareness of data privacy, ethical AI considerations, GDPR, and relevant national AI regulations.
