Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer specializing in Android to deliver mobile banking solutions for our clients. The role encompasses various stages including pre-sales support, gap analysis, project management, branding, developing enhancements and extensions, localization, integration, quality assurance, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality mobile software as part of an agile scrum team.
• Enhance and maintain coding standards to improve software quality.
• Assist in technical design validation and prototype new concepts.
• Support team members to achieve successful sprint results.
• Mentor junior developers to aid their professional growth.
• Identify and raise technical, security, delivery, and performance risks.
• Promote and participate in our DevOps culture.
• Drive continuous improvements in development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for delivering industry-leading software and staying updated on technological advancements.
• At least five years of hands-on experience developing Android mobile applications available for download.
• Extensive knowledge of Android development practices and design standards.
• Willingness to broaden technical expertise.
• Comfortable working in an agile scrum environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Experience contributing to large-scale, complex enterprise products integrating new and legacy technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React-Native technology stack.
• Experience within the financial or banking sectors.
• Usage of AI tools and AI-based methods to boost engineering productivity.
